High Altitude Scooter from JacksScotterShop.comWhat changes to I need for high altitude? This doesn't come up very often, but I though I'd throw it in anyway. At high altitudes (above ~4000 ft), your scooter will start starving for air. You'll need to place a smaller main jet in the carb, so that it will take in less fuel. A good rule of thumb is to reduce the size of the main jet by ~10% and see if that works. |
